What You'll Do
As our SEA Wet Product Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects – Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needs
- Ensure compliance and consistency – Deliver products that meet Mars quality, safety, and nutritional standards
- Execute product development – Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5–10 years in food manufacturing or R&D, ideally in wet food or meat processing
- Strong in product development, scale-up, and technical problem-solving
- Agile learner with excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
