We are a premium boutique wine retailer in Pattaya, specialising in carefully curated wines from independent, family-owned wineries across the New World and Europe. Our focus is on quality, service excellence and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Leadership

Manage and oversee all daily shop operations

Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and merchandising

Supervise and support shop staff

Sales & Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service

Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and build client relationships

Drive sales performance and meet monthly targets

Develop repeat business and customer loyalty

Inventory & Administration

Manage stock control, ordering and inventory accuracy

Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries

Monitor sales reports and performance metrics

Handle POS system, cash management and reporting

Marketing & Growth

Support in-store promotions and events

Assist with local marketing initiatives

Identify opportunities to grow retail and corporate sales

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management, hospitality management, or premium sales

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills

Honest, detail-oriented and commercially minded

Interest in wine; prior wine knowledge is an advantage
