Wine Shop Manager (Cherngtalay, Phuket)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continued and profitable sales growth and excellent customer service in the assigned operations, through effective management of the team.
• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
• Ensure proper stock control and stock replenishment.
• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
• Obtain customers feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
• Assist in cash handling activities.
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manager position in retail.
• Wine or Foreign food knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills and service mind.
