Workday Consultant

Description

We are seeking a Workday Consultant with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules, as well as experience with integrations, reporting, and security. This position will be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday HCM and Finance modules to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Provide expertise in Workday security and access controls
• Mentor and train junior team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4-9 years of experience in Workday HCM and Finance implementations
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and implementation best practices
• Experience with integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and/or Web Services
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer and Calculated Fields
• Understanding of Workday security and access controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Workday HCM and/or Finance certification is a plus
