1. Role Purpose
Lead workforce planning and organization development initiatives to ensure the organization has the right structure and workforce capacity to support business growth and productivity. The role focuses on headcount planning, organization design, productivity improvement, and HR analytics.
2. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Develop annual and long-term workforce planning models aligned with business growth.
- Analyze headcount productivity metrics
- Build scenario simulations for headcount planning, automation impact, and workforce optimization.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast future workforce demand and capability gaps.
- Develop workforce dashboards using HR data and business metrics.
- Develop workforce productivity metrics and benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities to optimize headcount and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze workforce trends such as attrition, capacity, and skill gaps.
- Support ad-hoc assignment / special project
Organization Design & Development
- Lead organization structure redesign to improve efficiency and agility.
- Define roles, spans of control, and job architecture.
- Support organizational transformation and restructuring initiatives.
3. Key Skills & Competencies
- Intensive experience in Workforce Planning and org structure design
- Knowledge of job architecture and role frameworks
- Strong capability in workforce analytics and data interpretation
- Ability to translate business strategy into workforce implications
- Project management experiences and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of wholesales/retail, e-commerce, or operations-driven organizations
4. Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years experience in HR, strategy, consulting, or workforce planning.
- Experience in organization design or transformation projects.
- Background in consulting firms or large corporate HR strategy teams is a plus.
- Experience supporting large workforce organizations (10,000+ employees) is highly preferred.
