Key Responsibilities

You will support the team in:

• Assisting with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Monitoring approved workforce establishment against actual staffing levels.
• Supporting headcount tracking, vacancy monitoring, and workforce deployment activities.
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses to support workforce planning decisions.
• Collecting, validating, and analysing workforce data to support strategic planning.
• Contributing to projects that improve organizational readiness and resource planning.
• Supporting process improvements and maintaining accurate workforce records.
