Job Overview

Responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of the overall plan of the Thailand factory of the business unit, the tracking, control, analysis and adjustment of the overall production progress, ensuring safe production, efficient production, guaranteed quality and quantity, on-time delivery, effective cost reduction, reduction of losses, etc., and working hour quotas , standard process document coverage and timely updates, incoming material packaging specifications and delivery specifications, standard assembly procedures, etc. promote the overall improvement of the business unit to ensure that the manufacturing center KPI indicators are achieved. Do a good job in team building and improve the comprehensive capabilities of the Thailand factory operation team.

lOn-time completion rate of market order delivery;

lPer capita sales output value;

lInternal quality losses (rework and repair, assembly scrap, normal equipment debugging, tooling exchange, tooling improvement, sluggish scrap, etc.);

lCustomer complaints (delivery delays due to manufacturing reasons, assembly quality problems, etc.);

lDepartment management regular meeting (analysis, improvement, improvement, closure, etc.) 1 time/month;

lSafe production, confidentiality, continuous cost reduction, on-site 6S control, financial audit, quality center and second- and third-party audits, process level improvement, etc.;

Job Requirements

lEducation: Bachelor degree or above;

lWork experience: More than 3 years of electric vehicleindustry production management experience;

lTraining experience: Received training in project management, product knowledge management, quality management, warehouse management, etc.;

lSkill requirements:

ؠUnderstand and use the five tools and seven techniques of quality management;

ؠFamiliar with lean production; familiar with the whole process of connector processing technology;

ؠHave rich theoretical knowledge of warehouse management; be proficient in operating office software such as SAP, IMS and Office;

ؠFamiliar with production safety laws and regulations;

ؠFamiliar with various work processes of the company and warehouse;

lAbility and quality: Have certain coordination ability, team management ability, strong promotion and problem-solving ability;

lOther requirements: Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to work independently, and strong ability to withstand pressure;

lLanguage requirements: Chinese, Thai; English is a plus.
