This program is designed to develop future leaders in manufacturing by providing hands-on experience in real production environments, supported by structured learning and career development opportunities.

Overview:

As a Production Supervisor (Shift-Based), you will take on real responsibilities from the beginning, managing production operations within a factory that produces over 200 SKUs distributed across 14 countries.

The program is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain, and who are open to working in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets for output, quality, and safety are consistently achieved
• Monitor key performance indicators such as OEE, yield, and inventory, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Apply structured problem-solving approaches and diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve production issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Quality, and Maintenance
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators to build a high-performing and engaged team

Learning and Development:

Participants in this program will gain practical experience and technical knowledge in:

• Data-driven decision making using production analytics and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Root cause analysis and performance optimization through modern diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
• Advanced manufacturing systems and automated production environments
• Global production standards and export operations
• Leadership and people management in a live factory setting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Food Science, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in manufacturing and production career paths
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
