Company Description

Glyph+ is a Singapore-founded organisation that creates learning and developmental programmes for children and youth. We partner with schools, community organisations, and companies to run experiences that build confidence, creativity, and life readiness.

Role Overview

We are expanding our regional team to give young people from developing markets a rare chance to gain international work experience early in their careers. In this role, you will help deliver youth and education programmes across Singapore and Asia while working remotely from your home city. You'll build valuable skills in facilitation, public speaking, programme delivery, operations, client communication, and youth engagement, and when assigned to Singapore programmes, your flights and accommodation will be fully covered. This experience will significantly strengthen your professional portfolio, as you'll be able to say you delivered international programmes for schools and corporate partners. Most planning and coordination work is remote, and you will join a supportive, growth-focused team that values integrity, drive, and a willingness to learn over pedigree.

Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Delivery (Singapore & Regional)

  • Facilitate or assist youth and children's programmes
  • Support workshops, camps, and learning experiences
  • Ensure smooth execution during programme days

Preparation & Coordination (Remote)

  • Attend virtual training and briefings
  • Prepare materials and activity plans
  • Support logistics and programme operations
  • Maintain communication with the core team

Youth Engagement

  • Interact with students professionally and positively
  • Help create a safe, fun, and meaningful learning environment

Requirements

  • enjoy working with children or youth
  • want international exposure
  • want to build confidence and facilitation skills
  • want to strengthen your future job opportunities
  • are responsible, reliable, and culturally sensitive
  • can communicate clearly in English
  • are willing to travel for programme periods

You do not need a degree, prior experience, a wealthy background or high grades. We welcome all applicants from Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

Application Process

To apply, please submit your Cover Letter and Resume to [Confidential Information]. Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews on a rolling basis.

Salary

Pay is modest, but all travel to Singapore is covered when you are deployed (flight, accommodation and transport during programmes). You gain exposure, skills, and global experience that significantly boost your future earning power back home. Salary will be finalised based on prevailing market rates in the candidate's country of residence to ensure fairness and alignment with local norms.
