Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage Productivity to Achieve KPI Targets

  • Oversee and manage the productivity of agents within the assigned zone, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including sales numbers, sales results, and operational performance.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the team regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with targets.

Support and Recruit Sales Personnel to Expand the Organization

  • Recruit and onboard high-potential agents to grow the team and expand the organization's target.

Support and Organize Activities to Enhance Knowledge and Skills, Leading to Improved Productivity

  • Organize and support training programs and activities that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, improving their ability to sell and serve clients.

Develop Quality of Output, Focusing on Active, Persistency, and Retention Rates

  • Focus on improving the quality of output, specifically the active agent rates, persistency (retention of policyholders), and overall customer retention.
  • Enhance the efficiency of sales processes and customer service to ensure maximum effectiveness in the sales team's performance.

Address and Resolve Issues Related to Operations in the Zone

  • Identify and resolve operational challenges or issues that arise in the zone, including sales obstacles, customer dissatisfaction, or internal team problems.
  • Provide guidance and solutions to improve workflow and ensure smooth operation within the zone.

Manage Budget Expenses Appropriately to Ensure Cost Efficiency

  • Oversee and manage the budget for expenses within the zone, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting business needs.

Manage Relationships with the Sales Team in the Zone

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with agents in the zone, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Assign and Supervise the Work of Staff within the Area

  • Clearly assign tasks and responsibilities to staff within the area, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 10 years of experience in life insurance industry and agent recruitment.
  • Skills in team development and sales planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on high levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Owns a private car and able to work both in Bangkok and upcountry.
