Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with 8+ years of experience in recruitment, including a strong background in bulk hiring across diverse functions and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-volume recruitment campaigns, developing scalable talent acquisition strategies, managing internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume hiring needs.
Design and implement bulk hiring campaigns tailored to business needs, leveraging online job portals, campus drives, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; set performance goals and ensure continuous skill development.
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build hiring plans accordingly.
Streamline and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a superior candidate experience.
Use metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as needed.
Drive initiatives that strengthen the company's brand as an employer of choice, especially in competitive talent markets.
Ensure recruitment practices are in line with local labor laws and company policies.
Engage with external agencies and job boards to expand sourcing channels and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in high-volume/bulk hiring environments and 2 years in team management.
Proven track record of hiring at scale across various functions.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment marketing tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.
