Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements from customers and develop requirement specifications document.
Coordinate closely with customers to build rapport and ensure quality service.
Analyse business requirements and design effective solutions.
Prepare comprehensive functional specification documents.
Collaborate closely with solution vendors and software developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate leadership and expertise in products and related technologies.
Maintain and enhance technical skills to meet both internal standards and external expectations.
Contribute actively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Network and Systems Infrastructure.
Experience in presales, solutions design and/or technical consultant will be advantageous.
Proven expertise in IT solutions, with strong skills in presentation, sales, and negotiation.
Professional, with positive attitude and strong service mindset.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Open and flexible to travel requirements.
