Digital Marketing Manager, Growth (Paid & Organic)

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon or Mumbai (India), Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Flexible for the right candidate.

Reports to: Marketing Director, working closely with our Enterprise Sales leadership

ABOUT BIPO

BIPO is a global HR and payroll technology company with 15+ years of experience, over 5,600 clients and 700,000+ users. One integrated platform covers HRMS, Global Payroll Outsourcing (90+ countries) and Employer of Record services (170+ countries). We run our own payroll engine in 26 countries, have 51 offices worldwide and are a Workday Platinum Partner. Having raised over USD 50 million, BIPO is now scaling its enterprise business globally.

THE ROLE

You will build and run BIPO's digital demand engine across paid, organic and data-driven outbound channels. Your job is not clicks or impressions. It is a steady flow of qualified meetings and pipeline for our sales teams from HR, Finance and IT leaders at multi-country companies.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads yourself, build target-account lists and automated workflows in Clay and Apollo, grow organic and AI-search visibility, and turn data into decisions every week. Coverage is APAC first (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Greater China, Southeast Asia), with support for global campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Paid acquisition

- Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) for high-intent keywords such as global payroll, EOR and HRMS, by country and language

- Run account-based and persona-based LinkedIn Ads campaigns aimed at CHROs, CFOs, HR and payroll leaders

- Own the paid budget, pacing and bidding, and manage cost per lead, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity and ROAS

- Run a structured test plan for copy, offers, formats and landing pages

Organic growth

- Own keyword strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimisation and link building across BIPO's website and country pages

- Improve BIPO's visibility in AI search results such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews

- Identify content opportunities based on search demand and campaign performance, and brief the Marketing team on digital requirements

Outbound, ABM and data

- Build ideal-customer-profile and target-account lists with Clay, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enriched with firmographic, technographic and intent data

- Turn buying signals (expansion into new countries, HR leadership changes, hiring surges) into targeted campaigns and audience segments

- Work with Sales and SDRs on target audiences, lead definitions and handover criteria, and use performance data to improve lead quality

- Support digital ABM campaigns for priority enterprise accounts

Website, MarTech and analytics

- Own landing pages and website conversion, including A/B tests on forms and demo-request flows

- Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, offline conversion imports and UTM standards

- Build, test and optimise automated campaigns, nurture workflows and lead scoring

- Build dashboards showing spend, leads, meetings, pipeline and revenue by channel, country and campaign

- Use AI and automation tools (Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier) to make demand generation faster and more efficient

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- First 90 days: paid, SEO, tracking and CRM audit completed; clean attribution in place; Google Ads rebuilt or optimised; first Clay/Apollo outbound plays live with SDRs

- First 12 months: clear rise in marketing-sourced pipeline and meetings, lower cost per opportunity, growth in organic traffic and AI-search mentions, and a repeatable ABM programme for top accounts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have

- 5+ years in digital, performance or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS or tech selling to business buyers

- Hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience: you have built, run and scaled campaigns yourself, with results you can show

- Strong working knowledge of Clay, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism)

- Solid SEO knowledge (technical, on-page, content) and an understanding of AI-search visibility

- A pipeline mindset: you measure success by meetings, opportunities and revenue, not vanity metrics

- Strong with data, spreadsheets and dashboards

- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, UTMs and conversion tracking

- Hands-on experience managing websites in WordPress or a similar CMS

- Excellent written English with clear, punchy copywriting. Fluency in another Asian language is ideal for supporting local-language campaigns across APAC

Nice to have

- Experience in HR tech, payroll, EOR, fintech or other compliance-heavy B2B products

- Multi-country campaigns across APAC markets and languages

- ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora or G2 Buyer Intent

- Automation and technical skills: n8n, Make or Zapier; basic SQL, Python or spreadsheet scripting

- Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, HubSpot or Salesforce certifications
