Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Samut Prakan. The Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, manage the hiring process, and contribute to developing and enhancing employer branding strategies. Qualifications

Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring practices
Strong skills in employer branding and implementing strategies to position the company as an employer of choice
Proficient in conducting structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and engaging communication
Ability to manage recruiting operations and talent pipelines effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the industrial, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
