Who Are We Looking For

Role: Content & Brand Marketing Manager

Experience: 7-10 years

Location: Noida/Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content, Brand & Business Marketer who can turn ideas, technology expertise and customer stories into content that builds the brand, earns market attention and contributes to demand generation and business growth.

This is not a conventional content-writing role. The role is for a passionate content led, technology marketer who can build a content engine that makes Successive more visible, more credible and more relevant to its target buyers and converts that attention into measurable business demand.

You will own the content engine across thought leadership, demand generation, social media, customer stories, executive content, PR and analyst-led content initiatives.

You should be equally comfortable developing a content strategy, interviewing a technology leader, writing a compelling POV, turning a complex technology concept into an engaging story, creating a social campaign, and measuring whether the content actually delivered an outcome.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on content creator and a B2B technology marketer who understands how content influences the modern technology buying journey.

What You Will Own

Build Content as a Demand Generation Engine

Develop and execute an external, customer-facing content strategy that supports the company's business and marketing priorities.

You Will

Build content around business problems, industry priorities, technology trends and buyer needs rather than simply producing content for volume.
Develop content journeys that move audiences from awareness to measurable conversion.
Create content that supports demand-generation campaigns, ABM initiatives, sales conversations and business development.
Identify high-value content opportunities based on target markets, industries, personas and buying stages.
Repurpose high-performing content across formats and channels to maximise its business value.
Measure content performance beyond traffic and views, including engagement, leads, account engagement, opportunities and influenced pipeline.
Own Thought Leadership & Content Creation
Build a differentiated thought-leadership engine that establishes the company and its leaders as credible voices in the technology market.
Develop and maintain a quarterly content calendar aligned to Business priorities, Industries, Personas, Buying stages, Campaigns
Build & Grow the Company's Social Brand
Own the company's social media strategy and day-to-day content engine across relevant platforms, with LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel.
Drive PR & Earned-Media Content Opportunities
Work closely with PR agencies to convert company expertise, customer stories and business milestones into meaningful external visibility.
Identify opportunities for executive commentary, contributed articles, interviews, podcasts, media stories and industry features.
Develop story angles and content briefs for PR.
Work with leaders and SMEs to prepare media-ready content
Partner with Business & Technology Leaders
Work closely with the leadership, technology leaders, business heads and subject-matter experts to extract and package their expertise into compelling market-facing content.
Build Analyst-Led Thought Leadership
Work with the company's analyst-relations program to develop high-value content.
Build a Measurable Content Operating System
You will help move the organization from ad-hoc content production to an outcome-oriented content engine.

Must-Have Skills

Strategic Content Thinking: You can answer: Why are we creating this content, for whom, at what stage of the buying journey, and what business outcome should it create
Hands-on Content Creation: You must be a strong writer and creator yourself and not someone who only manages writers.
Technology Fluency: You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to understand and communicate topics such as AI / GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, Application Modernization, Product Engineering in business language.
AI-Powered Content Creation: Strong hands-on knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering is expected.
