Role:

The Social Media & Content Creator Specialist is a crucial role that will enable us to build Primal's authority in the Search & Discovery era by crafting high-impact, algorithm-driven social content that drives growth, engagement, and brand reputation. Specifically, this entails:

Leading the creative direction, filming, and editing of TikTok content that captures real-time office culture, trending moments, and industry insights.
Developing aesthetic, search-optimised Lemon8 content focused on career growth, digital lifestyle, and marketing education.
Monitoring social and industry trends to create rapid-response content for Instagram and Facebook.
Crafting scroll-stopping hooks and compelling captions in Thai and English.
Analysing platform performance to refine content strategy and improve reach, engagement, and discoverability.
Collaborating with internal teams to translate complex marketing and AI topics into accessible, high-impact content.

This role demands a mastery level of short-form video production, platform algorithms, content strategy, trend analysis, copywriting, social media analytics, and digital storytelling. To be successful, you must have strong creative instincts, analytical thinking, and a proactive drive to experiment and improve

Responsibilities:

External

Create and publish high-quality short-form video content across TikTok, Lemon8, Instagram, and Facebook.
Build and grow Primal's presence by increasing reach, engagement, and community interaction.
Translate marketing, AI, and digital trends into engaging, easy-to-digest content.
Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and algorithm shifts to keep content ahead of the curve.
Engage with audiences through comments and community interactions to strengthen brand affinity.

Internal

Collaborate with strategy, performance, creative, and social teams to align content with brand positioning.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across priority platforms.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future content.
Ensure all content aligns with Primal's brand voice, standards, and strategic objectives.
Share trend insights and best practices with the team to elevate overall social capability.

Results:

Grow and strengthen Primal's TikTok and Lemon8 presence with consistent audience expansion and engagement.
Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm with high-quality, platform-native content.
Position #TeamPrimal as a recognized authority in Digital Marketing and AI.
Produce content that increases discoverability through search and algorithm optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Lemon8, Instagram, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content formats.
Excellent video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VLLO, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong copywriting skills in Thai and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data.
Passion for digital trends, AI tools, and the evolving Search & Discovery landscape.
