Project Management Executive

Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Project Management Executive to manage infrastructure system-integration projects across Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure system-integration projects covering NRE, operations, business transformation, NPI, and product launches.
Establish project teams and manage project schedules, scope, financials, delivery quality, and customer expectations.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including project setup, requirements gathering, documentation, quality control, progress tracking, and analysis.
Oversee manufacturing operations, cost management, quotations, NRE activities, product End-of-Life (EOL) matters, and asset management.
Take ownership of project revenue, profitability, P&L performance, and growth objectives.
Identify and qualify business opportunities and support project pricing activities.
Manage client contracts, including contractual scope, commitments, deliverables, and the responsibilities of all parties.
Build strong client relationships, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure agreed commitments are fulfilled.
Serve as the key liaison among clients, Business Programme Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering teams.
Coordinate project-related matters with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business and operational requirements are met.
Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

Minimum three years of project-management experience, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CM) environment will be an added advantage.
Experience in Supply Chain Management functions, such as logistics, shipping, procurement, production planning, or warehousing.
Strong understanding of costing, quotation preparation, project financials, and commercial considerations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Commercially minded, with the ability to manage project financial performance and support business-growth objectives.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Fluency in spoken Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in China.
