SmartSunInnovation is a Singapore-based renewable energy technology company withbusiness activities across Singapore, China, India and Southeast Asia. We arelooking for an experienced, hands-on executive who can quickly take ownershipof day-to-day finance and international trade operations. The workplace will be at solaris at one north.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

. Handledaily payments, collections, bank transactions, AP/AR and basicreconciliations.

. Followcustomer and supplier orders, payments, shipment status and transactionrecords.

. Prepareand check POs, invoices, packing lists and other trade-related documents.

. Coordinatewith customers, suppliers, banks, freight forwarders and external accountingproviders.

. Trackorder-level costs, cash flow and basic profitability support GST, audit andmanagement reporting.

. Supportother finance and trade-operation matters as the business grows.

REQUIREMENTS

. At least2 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, trading operations or asimilar role.

. Able toindependently handle routine payments, collections, banking and financialdocumentation.

. Comfortablewith Excel, numbers and business documents strong attention to detail.

. Goodwritten and spoken English responsible and able to work independently.

. SingaporeCitizen or Permanent Resident.

ADDEDADVANTAGES

. Qualificationin Finance, Accounting, Business, International Trade or a related field.

. Experiencein trading, import/export or manufacturing companies, especially China and/orIndia transactions.

. Familiaritywith PO, PI, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping documents, T/T, LC orFX transactions.
