Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas & equipment, to include the correct temperature of dish washing machine. รักษาความสะอาดของบริเวณพื้นที่เตรียมอาหารและรวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ และควบคุมอุณภูมิของเครื่องล้างจานให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานกำหนด
