Drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital lending products by managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into actionable features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that support business growth.

Role and Responsibility

Define the strategy and roadmap for campaign and promotion features across digital lending products.
Own capabilities including campaign discovery, eligibility, enrollment, promotional offers, progress tracking, rewards, and fulfillment.
Partner with Marketing, Business, Risk, Operations, Data, Design, and Technology to define requirements and scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into customer journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Manage delivery from discovery and sprint planning through UAT, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
Ensure campaign mechanics, customer communications, and fulfillment comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
Use customer insights, market trends, experiments, and performance data to improve conversion, engagement, spending, and retention.
Communicate releases, operational impacts, and required training to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
4–7 years of product management experience, with significant exposure to digital financial products or platforms.
Experience with campaign mechanics, segmentation, eligibility rules, rewards, and fulfillment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience supporting scrum teams.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear status updates and requirement docs.
