• Generate quality leads through market research, networking, calls, emails, social media outreach, and field visits.
• Meet and onboard new Architects into the company system and build strong professional relationships.
• Regularly engage with existing Architects to identify upcoming projects and generate business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and manage the complete lead pipeline through timely follow-ups and status tracking.
• Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
• Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per company guidelines.
• Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuous business development.

Requirements

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective follow-ups.
Sound knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and pipeline management.
Basic understanding of the home automation industry and Whitelion product portfolio.
Knowledge of customer needs, pain points, and solution-based selling.
Good understanding of market trends, lead qualification, and business development practices.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach towards achieving business goals.
Strong team collaboration skills with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
