- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, stock arrangement and dispatch.

- Coordinate and supervise warehouse assistants and interns.

- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met.

- Ensure proper stock organisation, inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness.

- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

- Train and guide interns and new warehouse staff on warehouse procedures and SOPs.

- Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and on time.

- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.

- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to warehouse processes.

- Take ownership of warehouse operations and ensure tasks are completed responsibly.

Locations:

4 Defu South Street 1 10 (5.5 days work week Mon - Fri 9 - 6pm, Sat 9-1pm)
