QUANTITATIVE ASSET ALLOCATION | SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE | SINGAPORE

We are currently working with an established Asian single-family office in Singapore to identify a strong quantitative investment professional to join its growing investment team.

The family has built a substantial entrepreneurial business legacy in Southeast Asia over several generations and has progressively diversified its interests across investments, real estate, hospitality, and other operating businesses. Its family office is now further institutionalising its investment framework, with a strong focus on long-term capital preservation, disciplined portfolio construction and sustainable intergenerational wealth creation.

We are looking for a Quantitative Asset Allocation professional who can work closely with the CIO and investment team to strengthen the family's quantitative investment capabilities.

This is an investment-facing role, rather than a pure quant research or systematic trading position.

The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in quantitative research, multi-asset investing or asset allocation
Strong experience in Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA)
A solid understanding of macroeconomic modelling, market regimes and cross-asset relationships
Exposure to multiple asset classes, particularly equities, rates, FX and IG/HY credit
Strong Python, R and Excel/VBA capabilities, with good Bloomberg proficiency
Experience building scenario analysis, stress-testing, portfolio construction and risk frameworks
The ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear, actionable investment views for the CIO and investment team
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate within a fundamentally driven investment environment
