Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and business development across key markets in South and West India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, enterprise SaaS, managed security services, and consultative selling.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

8–12 years of overall enterprise sales/account management experience, with flexibility to consider candidates with up to 15 years of relevant experience.
At least 5+ years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity sales.

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the modern SecOps ecosystem, including SIEM, SOAR, MDR/XDR, Cyber Risk Management, Security Data Lakes, and Cloud Security across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Track Record:

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas, with experience managing $1M+ ARR / $2M+ ACV opportunities in enterprise SaaS or Managed Security Services.

Network:

Established relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT/security leadership across enterprise organizations in South and West India.

Strategic Consultative Selling:

Demonstrated ability to sell outcome-based cybersecurity services and SaaS platforms rather than transactional hardware or software licenses.
Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Google Security Operations, Splunk, QRadar, or Securonix.
Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
Prior experience working in high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environments or global cybersecurity services companies.
Strong enterprise network across South and West India.

Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and contract value achievement.
Pipeline growth and deal velocity.
Conversion from qualified opportunities to closed-won business.
New enterprise customer acquisition.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and account expansion.
Executive-level engagement, including CISO/CIO touchpoints.
