As the company continues expanding its regional presence, they are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to build a strong sales pipeline through market research, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship development.

Job Role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential B2B customers across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

The role focuses on market research, outbound prospecting, lead generation, account-based marketing, lead qualification, and nurturing prospects until they are ready to be engaged by the sales team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable communicating with senior and C-level decision-makers in English. The role requires strong research, communication, CRM, and sales development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify and prioritize potential B2B customers across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Generate new leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting and social-selling tools.
Conduct outbound outreach in English to introduce the company's SaaS and AI-powered solutions.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and sales potential.
Nurture prospects through structured follow-up processes until they become sales-ready opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent and value-based communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop localized outreach strategies for Thailand and other SEA markets.
Utilize CRM platforms to accurately manage, track, and update leads, accounts, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate MIS, pipeline data, activity reports, and sales development metrics.
Use sales enablement and marketing automation platforms such as Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
Engage with senior and C-level stakeholders and establish credible business relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends and use relevant market insights to create meaningful conversations with prospects.
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking activities across Thailand and Southeast Asia when required.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
Identify new prospecting opportunities and contribute ideas to improve regional lead-generation strategies.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or a related field; graduates from Tier 1 universities are preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI technology, Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with strong communication, commercial awareness, and interest in SaaS/AI sales may also be considered.
Strong understanding of the Thailand and/or Southeast Asian B2B market.
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, social selling, or account-based marketing (ABM).
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation tools.
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, or similar systems.
Strong ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential enterprise clients.
Comfortable engaging with senior and C-level decision-makers in a professional business environment.
Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and communication presence.
Fluent in Thai and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, time management, and planning skills.
Self-starter with strong resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection effectively.
Passionate about SaaS, AI, disruptive technology, and emerging digital solutions.
Highly organized, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Willingness to participate in relevant industry events and client-facing activities when required.
