As the company continues expanding its presence in Thailand and Southeast Asia, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can develop strategic enterprise accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and drive high-value business opportunities.

Job Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise business growth across Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian market.

This role focuses on identifying and developing strategic enterprise accounts, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders, managing complex and long sales cycles, and positioning AI-powered SaaS solutions according to client business needs.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing, while collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across Thailand and the Southeast Asian market.
Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
Position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise technology solutions based on client challenges and commercial objectives.
Manage complex and long sales cycles of 6 months or longer, including high-value enterprise opportunities with deal sizes of USD 100,000+.
Develop customized sales proposals, presentations, and pitch materials based on client requirements and local market dynamics.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensure accurate CRM management, and provide regular sales forecasts and deal updates.
Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure effective sales execution and client satisfaction.
Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients through structured follow-ups, business insights, and continuous value creation.
Leverage warm leads, structured product training, and internal sales resources to accelerate business development and account growth.
Participate in high-value client meetings with support from regional teams when required.
Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and internal leadership to align business development activities with company growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or a related field; graduates from Tier 1 universities are preferred.
Minimum 7–12 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology platforms, or complex digital products.
Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6 months or longer and handling high-value deals of USD 100,000+.
Strong experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions such as HR systems, customer data platforms, sales force automation, document management systems, or similar solutions.
Proven track record of owning the complete sales cycle and consistently delivering business development results.
Strong experience engaging, negotiating, and building relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
Experience selling into CPG, FMCG, retail, or other enterprise verticals is preferred.
Familiarity with agentic AI, AI-powered sales tools, or SaaS platforms with embedded AI features is an advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales strategy, consultative selling, account management, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
Fluent Thai and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-driven and comfortable working remotely with strong independence, ownership, time management, and pipeline discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within multinational and cross-cultural business environments.
Willingness to participate in occasional on-site client meetings when required.
