The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Performance Marketing campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall strategy and direction for social media, content, and KOL campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
- Providing strategic consultation on social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Oversee account profitability, budget allocation, project management, and resources across multiple campaigns.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with social media creative, media, and influencer teams to deliver integrated campaigns with measurable impact.
Qualifications:
- 810 years of experience in digital/social media or agency environment, with proven KOL/influencer marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in project management, negotiation and budget management.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of social media and influencer landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai communication.
