Your Role

As an Account Director, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, driving brand growth through integrated marketing and MarTech solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee key accounts, and ensure high-quality project delivery while building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Client Partnership & Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients by deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges. Provide integrated, results-driven solutions to support brand and business growth.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Technical teams to align resources, manage priorities, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

  • Market Insights & Strategic Planning

Stay up to date with digital marketing, MarTech, and market trends. Translate insights into forward-looking marketing strategies that help clients maintain a competitive edge.

  • Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor account teams in managing client communication and solving LINE Official Accountrelated challenges. Support team growth and continuously elevate overall team performance.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Agency Professional

Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or digital / marketing agency and Software (SaaS) companies with proven experience in leading and managing teams.

  • Strong Digital & MarTech Expertise:

Solid understanding of digital platforms, marketing technologies, and current industry trends. Able to propose practical and effective digital solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Strategic Thinker with Excellent Communication Skills:

Capable of independently managing brands, leading projects, and communicating with clients at various levels. Skilled at building long-term, trusted partnerships.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills:

Able to own projects end-to-end, including proposal development, presentation preparation, and strategic discussions with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.

  • Strong English Proficiency:

Good command of English (TOEIC 750 or above, or equivalent).

  • Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience in LINE Official Account (LINE OA) operations or community management is a strong plus.
