CHOW is a regional creative agency that develops and shares impactful visual stories for your brand. We're seeking an Account Executive in Bangkok to join our growing team! This Account Executive position will be working on a leading F&B & Lifestyle Group in Bangkok with cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars and lifestyle concepts, developing creative strategies as the account continues to scale.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting creative output. You'll oversee day-to-day servicing, ensure smooth collaboration between suits and creatives, and drive strategies that deliver measurable results. This role comes with a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Scope
- Day-to-day client servicing across delegated accounts
- Lead and oversee content conceptualisation for social media calendars to meet clients ongoing business objectives
- Spearhead social media & ad strategy for delegated accounts
- Track, analyse and provide insights on monthly account performance
- Work closely with the Client team and internal creative team on developing creative briefs for relevant client projects
- Working closely with Strategists and Creatives to oversee creative shoots to output for delegated accounts
- Supporting senior management in growth opportunities for the account
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital, social media or marketing agency environment
- Experience in managing a project team of at least 6-10 people across teams, cross collaborating with multiple departments
- Proficiency in spoken Thai, with strong written and spoken English
- Familiar with social media platforms across SEA (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc)
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Confident communicator with basic presentation skills
- Interest in Food & Beverage and Hospitality brands is a plus
