The Role:
McCann seeks an Account Executive of Business Leadership to be responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance, and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business. The Account Executive demonstrates thinking across the client's line of business and not just on their teams assigned projects. They act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client. The Account Executive has expert marketing skills, the ability to anticipate needs is an experienced executor, and can confidently express and author informed opinions.
Responsibility
- Act as a link between clients and the digital advertising agency
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of clients campaigns
- Liaise between clients, creative, project manager and agency staff in order to coordinate the details of advertising campaigns
- Work closely with clients throughout the campaign, coordinate with project manager in managing administrative and organizational work and ensuring that the work is completed on time and within budget
- Discussing products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client
- Setting up meetings with clients and agency staff
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Overseeing the status of the campaigns
- Negotiating with clients and agency about the details of campaigns
- Writing reports, keeping records and financial details
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in an account management role
- Experience in digital/online advertising and automotive is a plus.

- Excellent English proficiency
- Smart and well-organized, able to manage day to day work both as a team member and independently
