Job Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and executing end-to-end social commerce campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Live, short-form video, and KOL collaborations.
This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaign objectives are translated into effective execution and optimal performance. The position requires strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of digital and social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client needs, objectives, and business goals to develop effective campaign strategies
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (e.g., Live Production, Content, KOL, Media)
- Coordinate and oversee execution of campaigns, including TikTok Live, short-form video content, and KOL activities
- Ensure all live streaming sessions and content outputs meet performance expectations and quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize campaign delivery and performance
- Prepare campaign proposals, media plans, and pitch decks for both existing and potential clients
- Develop media strategies, including target audience planning and budget allocation aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage day-to-day client operations and ensure smooth implementation of approved plans
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights for clients
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and competitive
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, or related roles
- Experience in agency, e-commerce, or social commerce environments is preferred

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially TikTok) and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in campaign reporting and media planning is an advantage
