Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, partnership development, and commercial planning.

This role works closely with the company's leadership team to identify new opportunities, develop tailored business proposals, and execute go-to-market strategies across e-commerce and social commerce channels. The position requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Lead the preparation of business plans, pitch decks, and proposals tailored to prospective clients
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by providing insights and recommendations on e-commerce and social commerce strategies
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Creator Management, E-commerce Operations, Live Studio) to design and deliver integrated solutions
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to refine business strategies
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry networking events
  • Track business development performance and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
  • Participate in or lead strategic and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, commercial strategy, or startup environments
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership development, or revenue generation

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in preparing business proposals and presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications


  • Understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
  • Experience in agency, startup, or digital commerce environments
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
  • Additional language skills are a plus
