Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in the Lat Krabang district. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The Account Manager will also work closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves tracking performance metrics and providing regular updates to both the customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in client relationship management, account coordination, and customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions effectively
• Proficiency in project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing processes or experience in a related industry is a strong advantage
• Capability to work in an on-site professional environment within the Lat Krabang district
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
