Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Concierge located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Boutique Concierge will be responsible for managing daily sale and customer interactions, delivering exceptional service, and acting as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities include handling customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sale Services, Background in Luxury Sales would be an advantages.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Customer Service expertise, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus (Chinese,Russian)
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or retail.
