Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers including feed mills, integrated farms, large commercial farms, and distributors.
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with nutritional goals and cost optimization.
- Prepare and execute account plans, customer visit reports, and follow up on product performance with technical teams.
- Coordinate internally with technical, R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to marketing and business management teams.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and brand visibility.

You bring
- Bachelors degree or higher in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in sales or key account management within the animal feed industry.
- Good understanding of animal nutrition and feed manufacturing processes.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients across regions.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
