Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Diagnostic Solutions team in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts within your assigned territory, driving sustainable sales growth, and promoting innovative diagnostic products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong selling and relationship-building skills, technical acumen, and a solid understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics landscape. This position requires the ability to navigate complex sales environments and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across clinical and procurement functions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Promote and sell diagnostic products and solutions, providing consultative support to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, distributor, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude toward sales and a strong passion for customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel within Thailand as needed.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes and relevant regulations.
  • Experience working with diagnostic laboratories or hospital procurement teams.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of microbiology laboratory diagnostic techniques and workflows.
