Job Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, gain deep insights into their businessneeds and strategicdirections. Timely capturechanges in customer demands and provide professional recommendations through regularvisits and communications.
- Customized SolutionDevelopment Design tailoredproduct and servicesolutions based on customers'industrial supplies(MRO) procurement needs to achievetheir operational and procurement goals. Collaborate with internalteams to deliverend-to-end services coveringthe entire processof demand analysis, product recommendation and after-sales support.
- Sales & Performance Achievement Formulate and implement key account sales strategies and
business growth plans to meet sales targets.Identify new businessopportunities through market
analysis and customer insights, and expand the company's MRO market share.
- Team Building & TalentDevelopment Train and mentor members of the key account team to enhance their professional capabilities and service expertise. Establish efficient customer service processes, optimize team collaboration mechanisms and ensure service quality.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis Track industry trends and competitors movements, adjust
customer strategies in a timelymanner to strengthen the company's competitiveness. Participate in
formulating and optimizing key account policies,and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above;majors in Industrial Engineering, Supply ChainManagement, Business or
related fields are preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales,key account management or industrial productsales; MRO industry background is preferred; candidates with existing key account resources are given priority.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;capable of independently addressing customer needs and adapting to market changes.
- Fluent in Indo, Englishand Mandarin
- Experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration; results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
