Role Overview
This role acts as a key day-to-day partner for clients across Thailand, managing the delivery of multi-channel marketing production, POSM adaptation, content localisation, BTL campaign rollouts, and cross-market creative deployment. You will coordinate directly with clients, internal production teams, and global/local vendors to ensure all deliverables meet quality, timing, and brand governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for Thai market clients, ensuring strong relationships and responsive communication.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across localisation, adaptation, POSM, creative versioning, and multi-market asset production.
- Manage all client briefs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with global guidelines.
- Oversee timelines, schedules, WIPs, status reports, and production workflows across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate internal creative, production, QC, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure accuracy of adaptations including translations, cultural nuances, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Oversee packaging adaptation, POSM material creation, and print-ready file approvals.
- Manage vendor deliverables, costs, and technical requirements for print, digital, and OOH production.
- Identify workflow risks, escalate issues early, and present proactive solutions to clients.
- Support multi-market campaigns for global brands entering the TH market.
Experience & Requirements
- 46 years of account management or project management experience in agencies (production, digital, creative, integrated, POSM, or localisation).
- Strong understanding of Thai cultural/market nuances, marketing channels, and retail environments.
- Experience with print/POSM, adaptation, localisation, and multi-deliverable campaign management.
- Ability to manage high volume of work across fast-moving deadlines.
- Strong verbal/written communication in Thai and English.
- Experience in FMCG/retail/consumer brands is highly advantageous.
