Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Management: Present and promote products within the assigned category while managing Sale-in performance to achieve company-defined targets.
  • Trade Marketing & Merchandising: Coordinate with retailers to negotiate and ensure prime product placement and optimal visibility within stores.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual growth in alignment with corporate policies.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned products and accounts to maximize business efficiency and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and partners to foster long-term sustainable business collaborations.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments: Efficiently perform other duties as assigned by management or relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
  • Accountability: Highly responsible with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Mindset & Skills: Creative thinker with a positive attitude, can-do mindset, and strong professional selling skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Smartphone and Accessories sales is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Able to travel within Bangkok and occasionally to upcountry provinces as required.
