Are you a high-performing Sales professional with a track record of closing 7-figure deals To lead a high-performance sales team in acquiring new business and managing key accounts by designing complex, multi-platform IMC solutions Thairath Group is looking for an Account Manager who doesn't just sell, but strategically partners with clients to drive massive ROI!

What we're expecting on our Account Manager:

  • Hunt for and acquire new high-value clients while managing and growing existing key accounts.
  • Design and propose sophisticated IMC Media Packages (TV, Online, Event, Social) tailored to client-specific objectives.
  • Focus on high-impact deals.
  • Oversee, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high professional standards and consistent achievement of monthly KPIs.
  • Implement sales strategies and ensure the team is aligned with the company's commercial vision.
  • Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with C-level stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
  • Act as a Solution Partner, implementing innovative projects that drive real ROI for the client.
  • Compile, analyse, and report monthly sales data from the team.
  • Provide strategic summaries and actionable insights to senior management to refine sales tactics.
  • Coordinate with internal production and creative teams to ensure work is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time.

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Agency, or IMC sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale deals.
  • Experience in people management and leading a sales team for at least 2 years.
  • Deep knowledge of how to bundle TV, Digital, and Offline media effectively.
  • Strong ability to influence and close complex negotiations.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
  • Thrives under pressure and is motivated by high targets and growth.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
