Accounting Officer
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions in the accounting system accurately, completely, and in a timely manner, including receipts, payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger (GL) entries.
- Review supporting documents for accounting transactions and maintain proper and systematic filing for audit purposes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including detailed schedules as assigned.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and manage tax documentation and coordinate tax filings in compliance with Revenue Department regulations and deadlines.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and provide accounting information to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties such as auditors, banks, and the Revenue Department.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, reporting, and other accounting support duties as assigned.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Above 1-2 year of relevant experience in Accounting (AP/AR/GL)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Benefits
- Base salary (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Cash Supplement: Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) = 1,200 Baht/month
- 5 working days per week from Monday to Friday (8.00-17.00)
- Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000 Baht/year
- Bonus: Based on annual and company performance
- Annual Leave: 6 days (JanuaryDecember 2025)
