Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle finished goods inbound/outbound accounting and ensure data accuracy in WMS/AS/RS.
Reconcile inventory records with physical stock; manage batch, FIFO, and discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports and support monthly/annual stock takes.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Finance, and Export teams.
Support system upgrades and data validation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related disciplines.
Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory accounting principles, including cost flow methods and stock reconciliation.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and able to use Chinese as the primary working language.
Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and data reconciliation skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities; capable of working under pressure.
Experience in home appliance manufacturing or large-scale industrial warehouse operations is an advantage.
