About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our warehouse and inventory accounting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing finished-goods accounting, inventory ledger maintenance, system data integrity, documentation, reporting, and supporting regular stocktakes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth coordination between Warehouse, Production, Planning, QA, Finance, and Export teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finished Goods Inbound/Outbound Accounting:
  • Cross-check inbound/outbound data from AS/RS and input into iWMS in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Ledger Management:
  • Update inbound/outbound records daily.
  • Periodically reconcile system records with physical inventory to identify and explain discrepancies.
  • Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and bin locations to support proper FIFO practices.
  • Document and Filing Management:
  • Organise and archive warehouse slips, transfer orders, and other related documents to ensure traceability.
  • Provide inventory data and documentation support to Finance and Export teams during monthly, semi-annual, and annual stocktakes.
  • Reporting & Inventory Check Support:
  • Assist in organising monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktakes.
  • Reconcile system vs. physical counts, analyse discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
  • System Data Accuracy & Support:
  • Maintain data accuracy in WMS and AS/RS systems.
  • Assist with system upgrades and testing as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory accounting principles (e.g. cost flow, stock reconciliation).
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical/data reconciliation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Previous experience in home-appliance manufacturing or managing large-scale industrial warehouse inventory is a plus.
