Accounting Officer

Job Description:

• Handle bookkeeping tasks using SAP and manage related document filing.
• Process accounts payable and prepare payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts receivable and record receive vouchers.
• Review sales vouchers by coordinating with the SCM team.
• Prepare AR risk reports for JPHQ.
• Issue invoices to JPHQ and other related countries.
• Record and process sales promotion claims from distributors in the system.
• Prepare input and output VAT reports, reconcile input VAT, and file VAT with the Revenue Department.
• File withholding tax (PND3, PND53).
• Participate in yearly product destruction checks.
• Conduct annual stocktaking at the warehouse with the logistics team.
• Record accrual expenses in SAP during monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Maintain detailed accounts for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounts.
• Prepare royalty reports for JPHQ.
• Assist external auditors during half-year and full-year audits by providing required information.
• Perform other tasks as instructed.

Qualification:

• Native Thai speaker
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years experience in accounting and tax filing.
• Experience in SAP is preferable
• Be able to use MS office, especially Excel is in a good level.
• Be able to work under presure.
• At least Fair command in English
