Accounting Officer

Chronos Consulting's client is the Food and Beverage service.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Tax:

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage monthly VAT (PP.30) calculations and filing.
• Monitor AR aging reports, identify collection risks, and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts, match incoming payments, and resolve billing discrepancies with the sales team.
• Support month-end AR closing and revenue recognition.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

• End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, deductions, and employee benefits.
• Calculate and file monthly withholding taxes (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53) and Social Security contributions.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain updated personnel records and ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws.
• Serve as the main contact for employee payroll queries while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in accounting with an AR focus; payroll experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Software: Hands-on proficiency in Peak Account and Microsoft Excel.
• Tax Knowledge: Proven experience with Thai tax filings (PP.30, PND 1/3/53, Social Security).
• Languages: Upper-intermediate or fluent English (written and verbal).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, assertiveness in payment collections, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
