Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation activities, including reviewing and reconciling subsidiary accounts and eliminating intercompany transactions within the group.
Prepare financial statements and disclosures, including both consolidated and separate financial statements.
Coordinate and manage the annual audit and interim audit processes for the group, ensuring timely completion.
Prepare the annual budget, with a focus on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, group financial reporting, or external auditing
Strong knowledge of TFRS and IFRS, particularly in financial consolidation principles
Experience with consolidation systems or financial reporting tools is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
