Close monthly accounts and prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and notes to financial statements, ensuring completion within reporting deadlines.
Prepare invoices with supporting documents and record all accounts receivable transactions across various customer segments.
Record accounts payable and expense transactions, prepare payment vouchers for management approval, process vendor payments on due dates, and coordinate with the finance department for check issuance.
Post monthly adjusting entries for revenue and expense accounts to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with solid exposure to Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and month-end closing processes.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, especially Excel.
