Overview

Our client is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Rayong, Thailand. They are seeking an Administration & HR Lead to oversee HR operations and administrative functions at the factory, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role serves as the key contact for payroll, employee services, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Payroll

  • Plan and oversee shift scheduling.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare statutory reports (e.g., Social Security, Provident Fund).
  • Handle visa and work permit processes for expatriates and visitors.
  • Administer employee benefits, welfare programs, and onboarding processes.
  • Process purchase requisitions and support administrative payments.

Administration & Facilities

  • Oversee factory and office operations, including vehicles, canteen, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies, business cards, and administrative logistics.
  • Monitor and report administrative expenses and budgets.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, employee benefits, onboarding, and labor law compliance.
  • Experience in office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
