We are looking for a collaborative Affiliate Admin to support day-to-day administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks within the Affiliate team under the Omni Channel department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Affiliate Partners on documentation, data updates, and daily communications
- Manage and maintain accurate records on the Affiliate platform
- Prepare regular reports and present findings through clear, well-structured presentations for the team and management
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and other Omni Channel teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks for the Omni Channel team as assigned
- Maintain organized filing systems and internal team records
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Skilled in creating presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with Affiliate platforms or CRM tools
- Understanding of Omni Channel operations
