Multi-Model Strategy & Implementation:** Design and implement solutions using the most suitable AI modelsfrom SaaS APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) to fine-tuned open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral)balancing performance, cost, and data privacy requirements.
Advanced Prompt Engineering & Tuning:** Develop, test, and optimize sophisticated prompts and fine-tuning strategies to make large language models (LLMs) highly effective for specific retail and O2O use cases.
End-to-End AI Application Delivery:** Build and deploy full-stack AI applications, from the backend API integrations to (potentially) front-end prototypes, ensuring they are scalable and reliable within our cloud infrastructure (primary: Huawei Cloud).
RAG System Development:** Architect and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ground LLMs in our proprietary enterprise data (tenant info, promotions, FAQs, operational docs), ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as the AI subject-matter expert for teams across the company (Marketing, Leasing, Operations, Customer Service), translating their needs into viable AI-powered solutions.
Cloud-Agnostic Development:** Build solutions that are flexible and not locked into a single cloud vendor, with a primary deployment environment on our existing Cloud Kubernetes stack.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Proven experience building applications with Generative AI and LLMs.**
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and API integration for models like OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini
Strong programming skills in relevant languages and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Experience with **cloud platforms** (Huawei Cloud, AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization with **Docker and Kubernetes**.
A strong product mindset and a passion for solving real-world business problems in the O2O/retail space/business operations.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
